Passenger Handling

dnata offers a comprehensive range of passenger handling solutions which can be tailor made to suit the individual carrier requirements .  Offering services  at London Heathrow’s Terminals 3 & 4, all our employees are multiskilled and have extensive customer service experience  and knowledge of systems and procedures.   Passenger handling staff are multi skilled and they will meet arriving aircraft to assist with passenger enquiries plus perform check-in and gate functions. An experienced Lost & Found team is also available in both Terminals to help passengers when things do not go according to plan.
